Advantage of Removing Brush
The DC brushless motor has the excellent speed control characteristic of the DC motor. As the brush is removed, there is no commutation spark and no regular maintenance is needed. 3. Optional Accessories
The shape, shaft length, shaft diameter, lead length and lead color can be designed according to customer requirements. The output shaft can be equipped with pulley or gear. Connectors can be installed for the leads. The motor can be equipped with gearbox, encoder, brake, external drive and built-in drive.
A. Select the drive according to the operating voltage of the motor. The voltage should be within the voltage range of the drive.
B. Peak current = rated power×4/rated voltage. The peak current of the selected drive should approach or exceed the value calculated according to the above formula.
C. Since the drive has speed setting and PI control, it should match the motor's number of pole and maximum speed. The drive should be recommended by our staff.
D. The winding leads of the motor may interfere with the Hall signal line, so they should be wired separately. When the winding lead is longer than 500mm, it is suggested to use a shielded wire to separate from the Hall signal line.
