Our permanent magnet AC servo motor is mainly composed of stator, rotor, end caps, bearings and feedback device. The stator adopts centralized or distributed winding and its insulation class reaches level F. The rotor adopts high-performance rare earth materials. The feedback device can be a photoelectric encoder or rotary transformer.
2. Working Principle
A driving device (driver) is needed to power the permanent magnet AC servo motor. The control signal sent from the host computer through the driver to the motor winding controls the on and off of the winding current, thus generating a magnetic field. The permanent magnetic pole on the rotor always maintains a 90-degree electrical angle relationship with this generated magnetic field. Detecting the relative relationship between stator and rotor through feedback devices (photoelectric encoder or rotary transformer), thus achieving semi or full closed-loop control to precisely control angular displacement.
