2. Working Principle
The brushless gear motor uses the electronic commutation instead of the traditional motor's mechanical commutation. During running, the rotor position sensor detects the position signal of the rotor. Then, the power-on sequence of the stator windings can be controlled through the breakover of the power switches, thus generating a rotating magnetic field in the stator which drives the rotor to rotate. Changing the reduction ratio can easily get the desired torque.
